🌬 The Weather Thread part 2

@TreatyStones

What are facing into?

A cold week, with the potential to get very cold after that. A slight potential for it to shape into a 2010 type scenario but all still in the mix at the moment

Most men wouldn’t boast about that pal. Have you tried a pill?

Will it be cold enough to deny global warming for the week?

Climate change bro, climate change

The Deniers need some Goldilocks weather, not too hot, not too cold, not too this, not too that.

Even at that though, a most average January “since records began” could be painted as some portent of impending doom.

That is a lovely crisp morning

I can smell snow

In other words, they don’t know

Now?

It’s percentages that far out but I’d prepare to batten down the hatches. Looks more likely with every update.

Been out the east Limerick hills today. Outside the main roads is bad, as bad as I have driven on over the past 20 years+.

Need a spell to dry off the damp on the surface

Was down in Kerry all day. Glorious day.
No fog until we came to Barnagh on the way home and could see the whole west Limerick blanketed in fog from there on.

Were you out shooting around the Bilboa/Rearcross borderlands?

Up high on the hills for the historic walks we run this time of year. Weather good for walks but road access was very dodgy
