Looks like some very nice weather coming in from Tuesday onwards.
How is it still only Thursday?
Must be a usual winter. We’ve had frosts and heavy snow along with two bad storms.
When it rained it’s absolutely lashed but been a lot more dry days than usual.

Speaking on RTÉ’s Morning Ireland, Mr Tarrant said that the scale of the damage around the country is still “very, very significant”.
It comes as gardaí issued a warning about bogus tradespeople operating in areas affected by Storm Éowyn.
The northwest bore the brunt of the damage, with the area around Tuam in Co Galway one of the worst affected areas, according to Mr Tarrant.

“Storm Herminia” only affected continental Europe. It had little presence here, therefore I don’t know why it Ireland was brought into the conversation about it. The papers have to write about something I suppose…

You’re conflating Met Eireann with the media. MEs guidance around the colour coded warnings is very clear. It’s the media who twist things and hype them up to generate clicks.
