The micks getting worked up about an auld bit of wind. You get a much better quality of storm on the mainland, but you wouldn’t see the English getting worked up over it. You couldn’t make it up.

Truth, where would we be without the likes of Michael Fish.
You can count on one hand the number of incorrect forecasts Michael broadcast.
Actually off the top of my head, I can only think of 1
He got it wrong plenty mate, probably thousands of times, it’s an inexact science and we only remember the fuck ups, small islands in the middle of an enormous ocean.
Hurricane strengthening and still on course for a direct hit on Monday afternoon. Expect Met Eireann to upgrade it to a status red warning at some stage in the next 24hrs
One tip for any of ye with kids swings in the lawn… Granted I’m in a pretty exposed area but during last storm the swing ended up taking flight and ended up smashing a few fencing panels
