How likely are they outside of winds - does the lying snow causes issues and lines to come down ?

An open coal fire is a great job at least you’ll warm your sitting room if everything else fails.

Serious wind on this side of the bay but no snow, yet.
i must say the main roads were great around here all day- look u take ur chances on back roads - we know that
snow ploughs out non stop on the main ones…
i predict tomorrow could be lethal tho with a good few deaths into the weekend
Nice bit of snow falling in Limerick city for the last hour…sticking on the ground as well…-3 in the car.
Have work tomorrow, which isnt ideal.
