Very similar preparation myself, bro. Picked up some candles, fruit, milk, beer and wine in Spar then a cooked chicken and some brown bread in Lotts & Co. Just had some prawn fried brown jasmine rice for the dinner there (peppers, mushrooms, spring onions & broccoli, plenty of soy, harissa and garlic, no fabric conditioner cc @treatystones) in case the electricity goes later. Have plenty of bread, ham, cheese, chicken, and turkey slices in the fridge should the worst happen. Working like a demon since yesterday but think I’ll taper off now in the next hour and watch the big show. I think I’ll get pretty drunk tonight actually.
First sight of snow in Tipperary just now, nothing major.
This is some load of bollix.
You’ve to wait until 4pm to make comments like that
Have you your prep done.
You won’t be able to call it bollox till tomorrow morning mate. We won’t see it till late
The eldest has a plan to build an igloo tomorrow, says you can compact snow in a plastic box to make bricks, anyone done something like that before?
Yes, lots doing it up here
Home now. Missus is already half demented looking, hone with kids all day baking cakes and that kind of stuff in fairness.
I’ll avoid them for a while now and do some pretend work that pretend needs doing.
I’ll cook steak around 7. I’ll drink some whiskey then while I throw a few logs on the fire tonight.
Nearly 4 now, looking out the window the birds seem to be pretty relaxed, sky seems normal bit of a nip outside nothing hectic.
That’s a lovely letter
That letter made me feel good about life for a brief moment.
What, the neglectful parents letting an 11yr old wander off on her own in the snow?
Colette Fitzpatrick must have only the one dress.
Gurrier just pranked a news reporter with a snowball there on tv3
Didn’t do anything really. Am I in trouble?
