It seems ye are correct. I’ve edited my post above.
I’ve been led astray by a Tipp man on WhatsApp.
The Young Wolfe Tones
They seem to spend their days touring the irish bars of North America
And cleaning up no doubt. I am not a fan of this genre of music. There’s a rebel festival apparently. Imagine going to see loads and loads of bands essentially shouting fuck the brits, and up the ra, every song. An awful dirge. There’s a bunch of loyalist folk bands as well who are worse. Real shite altogether.
Let the People Sing and Rifles of the IRA are great albums.
@Big_Dan_Campbell that Wolfe Tones concert in the Gaelic Grounds is apparently “sold out”. 5,000 tickets sold.
I’m amazed by that. There was zero publicity for it bar the initial announcement so they must have shifted the tickets fairly lively.

Only 5000 & it’s sold out??
It must be a similar setup to that National Geographic thing that was there years ago if it’s only 5k.
A stage in front of the Mackey stand.
Hawkers will be selling fleeces rather than ponchos.
That seems extremely harmless.
Wonder will anyone mind up the ra songs now?
It will be a fairly brief concert if they’re going to worry about that.
100 pc
I was referring to some on here who home in on anything vaguely Republican negatively,
Personally I’d have to be forced to listen to them,
But that’s my own choice.
Being forced to listen to them is the very definition of not your own choice.
Era y k what I mean
They’re shite tbh
Anyone there Saturday night?
I heard there was a nice crowd out the front of the Woodfield listening to them.
