Pretty much all cooking oils have the same calories per serving, 120/tbs. Olive oil isn’t a great choice for stir fries due to it’s low smoke point, I use peanut oil or ghee.

What’s ghee?

Clarified butter, melt the butter and skim off the solid fats as it cools or you can buy it in the store.

Everything is moderation, but all the recent research says butter and saturated fats in general are not linked to heart disease. Same with red meat. There are other reasons to avoid consuming too much fats obviously.

Would you normally have lads flagging posts from 5 years ago? Seems bizarre carry on but sure maybe it’s not surprising at the moment

It was users flagging their own posts. So fair enough really. Be a bit weird alright if they were looking to be offended all this time later. The few who got notifications were because their posts quoted the now deleted posts.
