I wonder what the Irish equivalent is.[/QUOTE]
That seems very high. Where did you hear that?

Thatâs ÂŁ50 per week-sounds like horseshit to me.
Depends on the definition of ready meals I guess but if it includes frozen pizzas and lasagne and the likes then Iâd say itâs certainly plausible.
Sounds about right.
Well when you put it like that I guess youâre right.
i think its more likely to happen than ever nowâŚ
Why so?
Theyâre talking about now having open competitions for every post at senior management level and above. Probably will be impossible to do for every position but things will be opened substantially. I think this will mean the very top guys are unlikely to have come into the civil service at entry level grades. It also is going to make it very difficult for lower civil servants to make that jump to senior level.
Is that an old hurling injured thumb? Looks like the knuckle has seen battle.
It was in the Guardian today. I thought as much but if you get a McDonaldâs, a dominoes and a chinese for 4 a week it adds up.
Also many families eat ready meals from the likes of Iceland, asda etc. every day of the week.
All my digits are fucked. That thumb had a chipped scaphoid for a number of years.
A proper Tipperary hand.

Yeah I read it quickly and thought it just said takeaways but I suppose when you add in all the chavs living on Iceland frozen dinners it might make sense. Thatâs fairly disgusting though.

Declan you brand name dropped 2 major supermarket chains and 2 global fast food franchises without hesitation or apology, yet you refer to âChineseâ by type rather than by specified business name. Is this a reflection on the fragmented nature of this sector of the fast foot industry where no single chain seems to get a grip on the market or does it suggest something more deep rooted in your own psyche, perhaps or perhaps not related to your anxiety ridden thumb and index finger / opposing digits gripping mechanism?
Are you saying Deco hates chinks?
All Iâm saying is there looks to be a case to answer.
I would have more respect for the cunt if he would just come out and say it. I canât stand shrouded racism.
Nothing shrouded in it. The Chinese restaurants and takeaways near me have an equal share in the market so it would be rude and disrespectful to single one out.
Now you are grouping Chinese restaurants and takeaways together where the discussion was on takeaway foods only? You didnât group Italian restaurants and dominos together yet lumping in top grade Chinese restaurants with take away food outlets serving Chinese cuisine is borderline racist and certainly stereotypical. Expect to reap the full wrath of Raymond crotty who works with many Asian communities.
