Red top milk is Irish produce, Blue is English and Gold is Premium/high fat. All the Irish Red cap is produced to the same standard but comes from multiple processing plants.

That the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Dun Laoghaire is a tremendous facility. Every function of your capability is scrutinised, your adaptability to progress is analysed, a progress chart is drawn up (within your aspirations/achievables) and drive on from there.
Herself thought she was bollixed going there 3 weeks ago, now she’s the Ward Mammy, going round consoling others and giving inspiration. Truth behold, there’s a girl there from I think West Cork, about 25/26, split with a bad side stroke (Right side fucked) vision and mobility compromised…Amputees by the dozen…Wonderful caring staff…

But the therapeutic ancillaries are top class. Nothing is spared, between time, staff and support mechanisms.

Golden Vale milk is owned by Kerry Group, the same people who make Dawn milk. They have nothing to do with Avonmore who are Glanbia.
