Thereās a monumental difference ref trafficking Romanian 
kids from shitholes and actually bringing Romanian children to a better life albeit in a roundabout way circumnavigating the red tape.
Iād be vvv careful to do a thorough investigation before trafficking is used to describe it.

I belonged to the largest Romanian charity in Ireland

And we also made possible quick adoptions to n of Ireland to decent Irish ppl who gave kids from that country a new life.
PS vast majority of kids in orphanages were not without parents it was a simple case if parents not being at all in a position to support them and so the state got involved and childrenās homes were built and packed.
This caused the biggest AIDS ( SIDA)and TB problems in Europe,
All because a dictator and his bad wife demanded all of child bearing age to produce constantly.
Iāve witnessed children living in sewers, addicted to glue and lots eventually becoming prostitutes
