It’s not everybody would know when Waterford last won an All Ireland hurling title. So I was delighted with my recall when I crosschecked after to find 1959 was correct.
Problem is and you might agree with me, I can barely remember things that happened a few weeks ago. In fact the wife’s favourite phrase to me at the moment is: “I told you that already”.
