Nick leeson is not a spot apparently.
It should go along the lines of “Not my department. Please speak to Francis” At which point Francis will go " Not my department. Please speak to Charlie" and Charlie should advise them to speak to the Irish embassy in Brazil who should then advise them to go back to their local TD and raise the matter through the appropriate channels and follow the correct procedure.
