They have to award all costs against her. If not and Denis O’Brien loses his case, would this not be a precedent in making the state pay for it’s own costs. This case was a waste of time. She was paid top dollar, partly funded by the tax payer but when the tax payer questioned her she claimed she was being bullied. Happy to accept the salary but not the responsibility that went with it.
