Sitting down to pick a starting 15. I love it, 3 lads at the table and all the different permutations and options, you’d be driving to training and saying to yourself that you’ll sacrifice the back line to strengthen the half back line, only for one of the lads to remind you the lad in mid field always tracks back and this puts you back to the drawing board.
I love the debate and trying to optimise your panel.
