You should have pissed on him, or at least turned around and rested it on his head.
Thinly veiled I was at the rugby.
Was offered tickets at work (like most people who go). Took delight in looking bemused and saying “nah liverpool are at home to arsenal so that’s what I will be watching and then I am minding the kids - not really a rugby person”
Let us know what’s in the Sindo today mate.
Will be over in the parents house later so might flick through it there. Would never buy it myself
I put on Luke Kelly singing Raglan Road on the pub jukebox a couple of weeks back.
A young lad unknown to me turned around to me and said ‘Oh that was great film!! In Bruges!!’
FFS sake.

He wasn’t wrong.
The Leopardstown Inn.
- One of the tackiest establishments I have been in.
- Also very uncomfortable seats.
- Pint of Guinness at 5.10. Glass of wine at 6.10. Despite being out in the suburbs.
- Ridiculously overpriced food.
- Chips out of a freezer.
- Being charged 1.40 for a pint of blackcurrant despite spending around 40 euro in the place.
Horrible place.

You’re a fierce slow drinker.

Wrong? Right? Funny anyway.
One hour to drink a pint?

His logic is sound in fairness:
“Women are not normal when they are having a period,” he told a men’s magazine.”You can’t possibly let them make critical decisions about the country (during their period) such as whether or not to go to war.”
Buttering two slices of asymmetrically shaped bread with the intention of forming a sandwich and soon realising that you’ve buttered the front of one and the back of the other so the bread doesn’t fit together neatly and the sandwich looks sloppy and contents leak out the mismatched areas.
Jaysus, you must love butter.
I prefer a light buttering of both slices instead of buttering one moderately or heavily. It provides a more consistent taste and avoids dryness.
I detest the stuff except on potatoes.

Said it before here, but its the best use of that song on screen I’ve ever seen.
It is an incredibly frustrating site, very difficult to navigate around, as slow as fuck.
