A Muldoon told me at a young age that cooked ham has the salt boiled out of it so you need to add a bit in artificially

I got a whopping cheque in the post from VHI today as a “waiver” of part of my premium. In fairness, as the man says, the VHI owe me nothing. They’ve paid out far more on my care than I ever paid in.
