My father did nights for twenty years without a break. Only had some rotation in the last few years before he retired.

I’m pretty sure that the Dutch paid out a class action lawsuit to night shift workers, as their level of significant disease was as high as asbestos workers.

Most factories pay an allowance of 33% extra for night work
I’ve definitely felt it in the last few months. Longer drive not helping.
