It was the grace of God or a few pulled strings that got Howth into Fingal.
It was part of the City from 1942 to 1985 and then it became part of County Dublin again and then Fingal in 1994 when the county was split.

I like the design, it’s important it doesn’t lean anyway towards specific colours. It has to be a mismatch of everything. Cant be easy either.
