That’s a lovely intitiative from the GAA. You couldn’t but be proud of the way the association continuously fins ways to reach out to its older members.

Ah that’s a great resource. I just listened to the last 10 minutes of the 95 All Ireland hurling final. I was working in the local pub that day, so never heard any commentary of it really. Tis a pity that many who saw Limerick win in 73, and hoped they’d get one in the 90s, were no longer around to see them get a rake of them over the last 10 years!

Galway lads cutting the back off each other is one of the finest TFK traditions. Not all hatred is local, but the bitterest vintage is.
