What pub was it in? To be fair it’s probably not as disastrous a Christmas party as the one in Stryker in 2019.

Write down in your notes on your phone how you’re feeling right now, pal. Be as detailed as possible. Read them the next time you’re tempted to drink.
You might still drink but it might help you cool the jets a bit too.

I’m in the nether zone here where I’ve more or less given it up but not totally, so now even a few pints (think I had 6 last night) leaves me fucking buckled
