Havenāt read any reports other than the headline sentencing, but a previous court appearance heard he wasnāt cooperating with probation officers so that wouldnāt have helped his case.

Five years reduced to two and a half, last fifteen months suspended and time in custody to date since November counts against it.
Cork Circuit Criminal Court today heard from defence barrister Siobhan Lankford, SC, who said that her client had done well in rehab having seriously addressed his addiction issues for the first time.
She said that his drugs operation was āamateurishā and that he was a ānaiveā young man who had left school prior to the completion of his Junior Certificate. She said that such was his addiction that he had tested positive for cannabis during the courts process.
If SF get in he will be knee capped and sent on his way. Cost effective justice

It might be the cold hard cruelty of life under FFG that broke him and sent him spiralling into this hellish addiction
The parents letting him finish school after doing the inter cert.

Tubs will have them on in the soon to be announced Autumn schedule. The young fella clearly has problems and he probably needs help but if the law was equally applied heād still be in jail.
