I hate the ticketmaster website. I logged onto it today to get Arcade fire tickets approx 9.00.02. Everything was going fine until it said it was “processing my request” then about 10 times i was shown the dialog box about secure items etc(you know the one im talking about). Anyway by 9.04.32 it finishes and tells me there are no tickets available. To say I’m slightly pissed off is an understatement
I logged on at home this morning with Mrs Rock for that very purpose and I have to say it went very smoothly altogether - tickets are for her though not me. Their site is brutal, it’s still far too slow at busy times but I had a seamless experience with it this morning. Had you an account already set up?
Yeah I indeed had my account set up. I can’t describe how pissed off I am at this. Someone I know just sent me an email unintentionally bragging about getting tickets…

Farmer looks like I’m gonna have to bring the farm into the city aswell and stick a rake up your arse!!! I’m mad pissed off that Flano couldn’t get our tickets. Looks like a trip across the pond to Birmingham or Nottingham might have to be arranged.

Had a similar experience for Arcade Fire tickets in March in the Olympia. Had delegated getting tickets today to someone who fooked it all up like Flango but not too disappointed as it’s a champions league night and I expect to be abroad watching Celtic.
That said the ticketbastard site is indeed a complete joke and I can’t understand how they still enjoy this relative monopoly when the majority of other industries are being forced to open up to competition.
I have tickets for an event. I can open tickets in ticketmaster app no probs. I want to download to google pay account to avoid issue around lacknof reception etc at event… I keep getting this message… I have uninstalled and reinstalled the TM app. And cleared cache in Google pay… Any ideas???
Take a screenshot of the tickets when you open them in the app and store them as photos until the event.

I don’t buy them in the app, I buy them in the website on chrome and the above works. Would you try accessing your account via the website?

Ticket master becoming the Worlds number one ticket seller must be one of the great mysteries of the World. It’s nothing to do with their tech anyway
