Decentalisation is the answer here. A grand way to regenerate many parts of rural Ireland. Sure no-one wants to live in Dublin anymore.

A little unfair. 20 years ago if you were a runner for Ivan Yates you could live the high life and visit Dublin and other parts of the country. In 223 it’s just enniscorrtee.
