Tipperary GAA 2015

What a night for Tipperary football. Would be far more a hurling man than football but that was brilliant. No blanket defences, just end to end drama. 3/1 was a steal:pint::pint:

Fahy, O’Brien and O’Riordan are serious powerhouses around the middle and O’Halloran had a touch of class inside corner forward.

Tipperary never feared Dublin at football.

Tipp dublin AI final for 2020 centenary is still on the cards

Well done, the report I got was that Tipp were the superior team for the large part of the game and a couple of bursts kept Cork alive.
I came across the Tipp Senior team a few weeks ago in a hotel, they are huge. Similar size profile to Cork circa 2006-2011

What year did Tipp win the minor AI? 2011?

Tipp could have been out of sight only for a goal either side of half time for Cork.

Tipp are actually without a good few talented players at this grade for various reasons. John McGrath didnt play tonight and looked to be struggling to run carrying the water. Out for another few weeks. Philip Quirke, Colman Kennedy, Fitzelle and Greg Henry other members of the 2011 minors unavailable.

Correct.

Ya, good bunch in Tipp alright, but to give balance, that was a very average Cork team who are poorly coached and definitely missing their 2 most influential players.
That’s not to take from Tipp, who may well have nulified McGuire anyway.

Any dual players in the tipp team? Congrats.

About 5 and John McGrath who was injured

I wondered how long it would take Kev to put this down to poor coaching. .

Bill Maher, Steven O’Brien, Paul Shanahan ?Kevin O’Halloran ?, Josh Keane, Colin O’Riordan, John McGrath, anyone else?

I think Paul Maher is on the u21 hurling at the moment too

Different Paul Maher I think?

Ross Mulcahy played Minor hurling two years ago. Willie Connors was a sub last night also.

Both of them are in there I think

Who’s the young lad with the British name playing for the tipp minors? Fairbrother or something is his name

ballingarry beat boherlahan by two goals and brackens beat knockavilla by two points…
moneygall beat cappa by a point. killenaule were leading annacarty by 2 pts at half time.
i heard nenagh are missing mikey heffernan and noel maloney this evening. gives templederry a great chance if true but they are renowned shit bricks so a draw is the best they’ll probably manage

killenaule beat annacarty by six points. 14 to 8.
Think that will be tight, Boherlahan going okay in recent games.

yeah ballingarry won by two, goals that is!

+8

it was only six they won by after

I think Ballina will be better than that.
ballina are 2-11 to 0-4 down at half time
i may be out on the margins but ive most of the results right this weekend with three still in play.
