Tipperary GAA 2019

They’re dead right. North B football is some sight I’d say

Tis as much of a spectacle of handpassing as you’d see elsewhere in the county. Most clubs in the north wouldn’t soil their hands with a football at u21 level.

Tipp Team v Cork: P Maher Barrett Barry R Maher Joe ODwyer P Maher Byrne N McGrath Breen Morris OMeara Ford ODwyer Callanan J McGrath

I know positions don’t mean a whole pile in hurling any more but that looks all over the shop. Strong enough though, is that John McGrath’s first start?

Ronan Maher in the corner jumps out in particular.

He’s been listed at 4 for the past 3 games.

Yes @PhattPike - John’s first start this year

Midfield still a problem area, although I suspect Browne is being held back for summer hurling

Fair point. Who goes out after Kearney in that line-up?

Either Joe Dwyer or the wild boy from Holycross. Neither will be shy with the Hurley anyway

Noel McGrath & Breen wouldn’t strike me as a particularly great midfield. Breen seems to be getting a lot of chances.

He played a bit the last day in half forward line. He’s getting oodles of chances

No changes

On first glance I though that said “No Charges”

Has Ronan Maher actually been lining out at corner back lately? Strange position for him I would of thought?

As CFN has pointed out previously, he has played CB more or less with Paudie going free

Tipp were obviously in good fettle last day but overall I thought John McGrath was poor. Needs a few games I’d say.

Keep Forde on the frees and Tipp are there or thereabouts I’d say…

So Tipp are playing a Davy Fitz Clare style sweeper system and naming dummy teams?

Jaysus, Tipp are shite
