It was brilliant. I only really got 20 mins of it but they discussed the weather, did a bit of tracing and talked about old players and teams from decades back.

He could have easily walked away at any stage in the last 5 years and nobody would have said a thing.
Great to see he hasn’t given up on summer.
A summer championship probably appeals to him. Slogging in heavy fields in October was never his thing.

I don’t think so. Not enough strings to his bow. Ormonde at 14 is one who could make it. He did well with Mary I this year. His pace is scary.

Good to see. They’ve a good few young lads with the ability to make Tipp senior. I really like the cut of McBride any time I’ve seen him. They also have a manager who I’d love to see involved at a higher level.
O Riordan if he ever comes back could be a game changer. Being a strong football club doesn’t help though.
I didn’t think there was a higher level than the Tipperary Senior Hurling Championship?
Last time he was home he hurled with his own club, Killea.
