Is that a former Tipp footballer doing physio for the Cork hurlers?

History makers

Fair play to Cashel. Good to see a new team come through.

Tonights Tipp MWR review of yesterdays Harty Cup game is an absolute classic of this genre.

Michael Quinlivan living out the road here in Knockbridge. A fella at work says pretty much every club in the county has approached him (thereā€™s no parish rule in Louth)

There were rumours he was going to Kilmacud Crokes* a couple of years ago when he was living in South Dublin but in fairness he stayed loyal to Clonmel.

Theres a very good footballer and hurler to be fair that transferred to a club in Louth from Fr Sheehys - Sean Flynn. We had a fella move up there too. Wonder what is up in Louth that attracts these fellas.

Boylesports employs a few people in Dundalk.

Thereā€™s a few companies in Newry too that are good employers.

Over the road then in Crossmaglen, its like Saudi Arabia with the Oil money flowing around.

Youā€™d get a good few lads whoā€™d be up here in the Guards and the army.
Iā€™d think PayPal and Xerox would be big employers here, but I think PayPal let a lot go.
Irish Life, Wuxi (some Chinese pharma crowd) and a few others would employ a fair bit, as would the college.

Iā€™d say youā€™ve a fair few living here as a commuter place (many couples where one works in Belfast, the other in Dublin - itā€™s the halfway point)

Iā€™m sure theyā€™ll forgive him if he canā€™t regularly do the six hour round trip for training

P.S. itā€™s a woman thatā€™s brought Quinlivan up here Iā€™ve been reliably informed

Irish cement no?

Hearing reports of sour grapes after Harty Cup Final from a CBS mentor.

Did he not go to Australia in the end?

Heā€™s back.
