Moneygall
Offaly man
Type of forward Cahill/Bevans would love.
Was just thinking the same. He fits the prototype of what we need.in terms of ball winning and covering the ground. Seems to have a huge engine and is composed in front of goal. Youâd have high hopes for him. Seems level headed too.
Delighted for Tipp. Theyâre doing great work down there and nights like tonight should bring them on. I watched most of the second half out walking Brady so not the best picture but that no.10 is a right bastardâŚ
He was very good.
Weâd have won that if not for him in the second half. And he was class in the first half too.
He was very good the first day against Clare as well. Has a bit about him
14 out of Tipp 15 players were losing their individual battles. He was able to win his own and when he was outmanned 2 or 3 to 1 he was still able to do it. Would have definitely lost only for him.
Tippâs first win over limerick at minor or 20/21 since 2019.
Tonight will do wonders for the promotion of hurling in Tipp again. The game needed it.
That doesnât sound right?
We hammered them at minor in 2019 iirc, and Cork beat us in the first round of the 20s.
Iâd say it was 2018 when they beat us in the Munster final & knocked us out of the U-21 on the way to the AI.
Sorry, it also included senior
Last win was the dead rubber in 2019
Cahill embracing squad numbers.
They wonât line out like that though.
OâConnor out to HF anyway. Dan floating in midfield? Or Kennedy
Probably:
DMC AT
SK NMG GOC
JMG JF JM
Johnny Ryan
Thereâll be no 3 man FF line Iâd say anyway
Johnny Ryan is fine. Delighted for him.
Who else would you play there?
Who was the last Arravale man to play championship for Tipp?
Johnny will do fine. Conor McCarthy only other option I would say.
