Jason in last season of his 20s now.
I don’t think that many players tomorrow night will be starting come championship time.
where is he now? did he go back to Kildare to play there?
Still playing with Borris.
is that John Leahy in the photo?! back to camera, staring at the dressing room window?
be a big boost to Kildare
Are you ok?
Think there’s better forwards in the Kildare side now. Kenny always lacked a bit of pace. He’d be 27 now? @peddlerscross would know his age.
He’d be 30
Mark Mullins aside I cant think of one.
struggling to think of another, footballers had any amount of them
31 this year
Chops Gleeson for Newtown
I expect Tipp to be winning 3-10 to 1-04 or something similar at half time here. Davy to unload the bench and Tipp to hang on by 3-17 to 2-16.
At least the team graphic is formatted right. The Tipp one is abysmal. Different font sizes, some lads in all caps. Cullen is a joke of a PRO
Game moved to Mallow at 7:30pm. Dungarvan flooded.
0-21 to 1-15 to Waterford.
Forde scored most of it, he was good despite leaving a few out there. Cian Dwyer (off the bench) and Bowe scored 2. Tipp drove a load of wides in both halves, the wind which Tipp played against in the first half seemed to tame in the second half.
Tipp had it back to level thanks to Fordes goal after a good Johny Ryan pass. Barrett got sent off then for a second yellow, a crazy lazy pull on a Waterford player going nowhere.
One worrying feature was how Waterford were able give one quick hand pass and run through our middle third at will. We looked to be lacking pace once again.
Shelly good in goals; saved a penalty.
Hard to judge Breen at full back, Waterford hit nothing in to him after half time. His man won a free and got a point in first half.
Neville was lively wing back but is small. Dan will lack legs on the other side.
Bit of needle to it. Cahill would rather have won it.
Hi folks
Does Thurles Sarsfields pitch have any height at either side? Just looking at doing camera for a challenge match so a stand/hill would be ideal
With the exception of Forde it looks like a stronger team.
Kennedy has been decent for Mary’s in the forwards but I’d be leaving him in defence for Tipp where he is one of our few defenders that doesn’t get burned.
Sean Ryan of Templederry is a player I expect to make inroads this year.
