I saw Davy Fits today dressed up in a Larry Murphy-esque disguise
Tipperary had two chances for goals in quick succession around halfway through the second half, but took the point both times. From what I remember the first one was where Bonner Maher was bursting through but opted to pass square to Callanan instead of driving on himself for goal. O’Dwyer I think got the second of them when he shot over when a goal was definitely on. Either chance could have changed the game. You have to go for goals in these situations.
Corbett also fresh aired a pull with a great goal chance.

I thought tipp went for goals a few times in the second half when they should have tapped the point
Don’t agree with that mate. I said all that could stop them was themselves. They’ve a fine team but there’s something wrong with their psyche.

One All Ireland with this group, and even that had a massive * beside it.
Wexford comfortably disposed of them in a challenge two weeks ago and even though we’re going to win the All Ireland that’s never a good sign.
I’d say there’s some massive egos up there.
