Tom Brady - On Tablet watch

It doesnā€™t exentuate any point.

You are lauding him this year for winning with the 21st ranked defense, saying it is the worst ever. Rodgers genuinely hasnā€™t had a top 10 defense since 2010. When Rodgers was gone last year the Packers defense looked even worse when he wasnā€™t there to Hoover up the ball. When Brady wasnā€™t there in 2016 the Patriots defense played even better.

Thereā€™s little to back up your assertions on it being TB. The facts are that when Brady has been gone, the Pats havenā€™t struggled like when other QBs go down. When the Pats lost, more often than not that was down to the offense. Great QB and one of the best ever, but the success is down to BB. As for this being his greatest achievement, laughable.

There are only a few players in history who would swap their career set up with what Brady has had.

I fear for the forum once the SB is over.

It segues beautifully into hurling season and vice versa. Used to be seamless but they fucked it up with this august all ireland.

I dunno. Timmy Egg Ball Man seems to be bubbling up.

I just watched the episode of entourage with Brady in it. What a man.

You surely recognize the pure fanboyism in the above sentence.

More than an arm alright, i think you are underestimating peytons resolve though, came bavk from some huge injuries, had wayne and harrison but an average corps outside that and not much of a run game.

How convenient

Huge weapons, but the key point is they were short throw receivers, the key to bradys success, questionable effective on longer throws

They donā€™t overpay, but they scout famously well, its not like they draft and sign rubbish (see their perennial rivals and easy wins, the jets)

We saw that last year alright

The fact remains hes played his whole career in the AFC east

As do many more. Heā€™s huge advantage now is longetivity, hes seen so many defences in front of him and watched so much film, and remained injury free the stats will continue to be padded thanks to bill

Take a cold shower

You make it sound like bills holding him back! So hes very hard working, driven to succeed, but doesnā€™t have exceptional QB skills. I knew youd eventually come around to my way of thinking

His stats show he has exceptional QB skills ā€¦ others had more natural talent - Tom worked harded to develop heā€™s and in doing so, surpassed them. Your short passes theory is debunked when the words Randy and Moss are mentioned ā€” probably the only down field threat he has ever really had.

That GOAT discussion is not even up for debateā€¦ thatā€™s been settled long ago. Every writer, pundit, ex players and current players all agree that Tom is the GOAT.

The question i put to the board was, is this season his greatest ever achievement? the evidence suggests it is. A 25th ranked D outside of the Division, no receivers and some bizarre play calling from management ā€” and he still gets them to No.2 seed.

If it was a movie youd say it was too far fetched and call it a bag of shite ā€¦ yet, on one leg, heā€™s done it.

Just watched the A Football Life : Cleveland ā€˜95 program.

By God, Mr Belichick taught those men well.

Except youā€™ve been discussing it for the last two days. The last refuge of a beaten debater.

Who was debating?

Whatā€™s his achievement this year? Getting to the playoffs? When they are dumped out mercilessly by the Ravens any perceived achievement of this season will quickly flip to talk of inadequacy and retirement.

Do you reckon Tom is a missionary type man with the bauld Giselle?

Getting this team to the play offs was a miracleā€¦ Brady = Jesus.

The Saints had a worse set of receivers than the Pats this season, and played in a much tougher division. Itā€™s not TBā€™s greatest achievement. I couldnā€™t tell you what is but youā€™re getting a bit caught up in the shite of the opposition they have to play every season.

Didnā€™t one of the saints receivers smash the franchise receiving record this year? Give over Mac ffsā€¦ Playing in their lovely little dome against divisional teams that all ended up with a losing recordā€¦ You bluffer.

Yes, the one good receiver they had broke records. Outside of him theyā€™ve nothing. Gronk, Edelman, Hogan are all vastly superior to anything Saints have outside of MT. If it wasnā€™t for Kamara and Ingram and decent D theyā€™d be fucked.

Divisional teams with losing records? The Jets and The Bills FFS sake you lunatic :joy:

Falcons and Panthers have both contested Superbowls in the last couple of years as you know well so thereā€™s little you can say about the competitive of the division by comparison.

I stopped after Hogan

You obviously have seen nothing of the Pats this yearā€¦ Gronk is done. Finished. 1 catch a game. Edelman has dropped the ball all year and looks ridiculously slow coming off ACLā€¦ Hogan :smile:ā€¦ They just canā€™t find any separationā€¦

Brees has a good OL, top run game and one of the best Ds in the league to lean on. Brady is having to go to a middle of the road run game to slow it down, give his useless D a break, and hope to wear down the oppositionā€¦

Youā€™ll have to excuse me if I dismiss your opinions based off redzone as laughable and totally inaccurate.
