Yes, I was curious about how the Ballymaloe case was much worse than what TH did, wondered did I miss out on some aspects of it.

If the sentence is out of line with the stats, as you imply it is, it should be quite easy for the DPP to appeal the sentence. They havenāt.

The owner was caught in an international operation downloading child pornography of the grossest type, according to the judge. Such awful, despicable child, and I mean child, torture and abuse only happens because cunts, utter despicable cunts like that pay to watch it.
He got, somehow, a suspended sentence, and even more mystifyingly, lots of people to believe that he actually is a thoroughly good egg who took the rap for a family member

I donāt have stats, neither do you, but I do have plenty of informed opinion from people who should know that says the sentence was in line with what could have been expected.
The DPP, who should also know, clearly agree with this.
