Tonight's TV - Continuation of earlier drivel

Yeah Yeah Yeah

2015

Oasis. The Point. Supported by the Manics who had only just released Everything Must Go.

Life affirming. Magical. Iconic.

Av it.

The autumn of 1995 was a wonderful time.

Some fantastic memories came flooding back listening to Morning Glory last night like:

Hammering @Bandage at pool (Billy Kelly’s) or snooker (147 club); and
The magical feeling of knowing we were just about to win the All Ireland.

Not so fantastic memories too like:

Listening to @Bandage drone on about Friends and Manchester City (he went to Maine Road once you know).

Very unmemorable for me, in that I can’t remember a thing about it/them (I was at both of them, tickets were easier to come by than for a Kilkenny All Ireland) I’d say it was only alright but they were a great band back then

Oasis: Supersonic will be REPEATED on BBC2 at 00:55 tomorrow morning - that’s tonight, for the non-pedants among us.

Slow West is on Film 4 at 11.25, supposed to be v good.

Must say I enjoyed that. A bit short but a good watch

50 shades on 5star. Any good?

Lads can someone tag me if they realise either Kelly’s Heroes or the Sound of Music are on soon? Thanks in advance.

No sign of Kelly’s Heroes anyway, Sound of Music on Sky Cinema
