I saw him last February at a Cheltenham Preview and he was walking around the place fine, speech ever so slightly slurred but if you met him and didnāt know he was suffering from it youād think nothing of it. The show tonight showed him in his wheelchair in RTE during the Queens visit in May, and a good bit of that show was filmed in October. Scary how quickly it messes the human body up. Met him a few times over the years and heās a gent. Always has times for everyone and will go out of his way to find someone or something in common with you to talk about.
