so for a period of half an hour or so, the emergency 999 call service was inactive at the precise time the shooting was taking place as part of a wider conspiracy? And twenty odd minutes after it being logged it took for emergency services to arrive? Thats a fair aul conspiracy to get someone killed. Fucking Enda Kenny the prick.
