Tottenham Hotspur, the Ryan Mason variant

He could struggle against a midfield actually trying to stop him though

Brighton & Hove Albion at the Goldstone Ground next Sunday will be a big step up.

Van De Ven is some beast.

Brendan scores again. 6th game on the trot to put us ahead 0-1 at Brighton & Hove Albion.

When Pep eventually leaves City, They’ll be all over Ange.

I doubt going back to Brisbane Roar/Glasgow Celtic levels to play in the 5th or 6th tier of English football will appeal to him all that much.

If financial fair play is ever enforced, with the stadium, corporate facilities and the gate they draw; Spurs could become a dominant club. They’ll never get on top of the dodgy boxes, TV revenues will drop and the money will be in stadium attendances again which will be extortionate; like in music now.

Delighted for Timo, great assist.

Maddison puts us 0-2 up.

Spurs purring today in fairness

Had to go out at half time. I see Brighton & Hove Albion have scored. 1-2. More comedy hour defending seemingly.

I might have spoken too soon

Big Ange teams are a joke defensively. The opposition always has a chance at 2 down.

Home again now. In the half hour I was out, Spurs have gone from leading 0-2 to trailing 3-2. @neilld quite amusingly seems to think that Big Ange is some managerial Messiah.

Big Ange OUT

As Coach Erik would say “Judge us at the end of the season”.

You are full of soccer hipster guff. It’s not exactly rocket science to see Big Ange is out of his depth. That was a woeful second half collapse but the signs were there even leading 0-2.

This aged well
