Tottenham Hotspur, the Ryan Mason variant

Juventus have been the one shining exception. Twice European Cup finalist in the last few years.

Spuds are viewed as a pub team in Italy.

Giorgio said it best.

Amateur hour from Fonseca advisers. Not doing their due diligence on tax law in the UK.

Amateur hour from Spuds.

Rejected by 5/6 different managers so far.

Levy has made some mess of you. Canā€™t even afford a manager now, your prized asset is a carthorse who is bombing at the Euros and are the most in debt club in Europe.

I would have thought they had someone lined up before sacking Jose.

A club summed up in 15 seconds. Thereā€™s just something missing there.

Levy isnt very good at appointing managers.

Seems heā€™s not very good at appointing Directors of Football either.

Levy isnā€™t very good at anything.

Greedy man and fiscally incompetent. Blew a wad on a White Elephant stadium, the most in debt club in Europe.

Youā€™d feel for the true Tottingham supporters whoā€™ve seen through him all along.

Gattuso pulls out.

Levy buckling under pressure from footix Tottenham supporters. He must have no courage of his convictions

Do we know if Gattuso was ever in contention? Lot of this seems to be silly season talk driven by snowflake generation journalists desperate to have a story. Thereā€™s a Fabrizio Romano chap there a self proclaimed ā€˜transfer expertā€™, who seems to be making it up as he goes along.

Levy has got himself very rich off the back of naive Spuds fans as he has turned them into the most in debt club in Europe.

Joe Lewis is the majority shareholder at Spurs by some considerable distance. Chairman Levy oversees day to day operations for Mr. Lewis.

And heā€™s got very rich in making Spuds the most in debt club in Europe.

Financially rewarded for incompetence.

Gary Lineker asking Jurgen Klinsmann live on the BBC there if heā€™d be interested in the Spurs job. He said he would be, if this was 2008 heā€™d be a shoe in for the job.

@ChairmanDan i got to wondering if this is the most successful era in spurs history as regards league placing over a prolonged period. With qualification for the champions league as the benchmark for second tier clubs like Spurs itā€™s been an amazing run really.
It beats winning second rate trophies anyway IMO
Is it?

The 60s team is surely the benchmark?

Youā€™re using the name of a man who fraudulently posed as a healthcare worker and assaulted an elderly co-worker with a bedpan.
