2 is quite modest I suppose, Zidane won 3 while at Madrid and he was Madridâs second choice after Totti and an inferior player. Four or five would be a fairer estimation but Francesco is such a humble guy.
Indeed. A very conservative and prudent estimate by Francesco.

The Roma captain has already confessed he turned down an offer from the Spanish giants, spending his entire career with his hometown club.
âI wouldâve liked more opportunities in my career, but I preferred to stay with Roma,â he told France Football.
âI lost so many things that I couldâve won. I knew what I was going into, though, for example the fact I have not won the Champions League.
âIf I had chosen Real Madrid, Iâd have won three Champions Leagues and two Ballon dâOrs on top of who knows what else.

Walter Samuel is an immense defender and has been throughout his career. Itâs great to see Totti rates him so highly as the likes of @farmerinthecity would have you believe that he is rubbish.
Bit surprised to see no Pirlo or at least one of Nesta/Maldini/Cannavaro in his team though.
Francesco Totti will make his 700th competitive appearance for Roam tonight

Two moments of genius today
Firstly rejected the captains armband today when offered it by Keita by telling him to get back into position as there was a match to win

Kicking Berotlacci

This reminds me of the old harbo quote about moving to the us.
Totti, who has spent his entire career at Roma, bemoaned the transfer and insists he could not have done something similar.
Speaking to Gazzetta dello Sport, he said: âThe fans go to the stadium to have fun and to see players that remain loyal to a team, hoping not to be betrayed.
âThe fact that Higuain has switched Napoli for Juventus is a disaster. Nowadays football players are a bit like nomads. They follow the money and not the heart. Maybe that is the difference between them and me.
âThere are not many players that follow their heart. If I had thought about money, I would have left Roma ten years ago.
âFor me the important thing is the passion, not the money. I have always loved these colours and I always wanted to wear this shirt.â
Fair play to him in his case but Higuain is an Argentinian with no connection to Napoli so the same logic shouldnât be applied to him
Higuain would have been a God at Napoli.
He could win the Champions League with Juve though
Winning a Serie A with Napoli would trump a CL with Juve.
For you maybe, presumably Gonzo thinks otherwise. And heâll have greater wads of cash to console himself with if he fails.
Which reinforces Tottiâs point.
He is chasing the money.
