Scintillating from Froome Zoom
No
Nico
I take it that’s a very good result for Roche
Really surprised the time trialists have blown away the mountain specialists
Froome could well win this tour.
What nationality is Froome?
Roche up to 8th on GC 1’22" behind. Great stuff
British though born in Kenya
He is British but was born in Africa (Zimbabwe?) I believe?

Aye, Kenya.
Ah that’s what Grand Tour cycling is all about. phenomenal stuff.
Froome (2nd) beat Wiggins (3rd) in last years Vuelta, and looked hugely impressive in doing so. He was only a handful of seconds behind Cobo too
He beat him in tt in Vuelta last year which is significant. Well worth a punt at 16/1 anyway imo
Some day for Sky:
Stage win, Yellow Jersey, Yellow Helmets & Polka Dot Jersey.
Cheeky from Wiggins “Chris (Froome) will be an integral part for me winning this race”
Froome looked good in Vuelta last year. Suppose he will have to ride for the golden boy. Gives great options to Sky now though. Great from Nico today, just missing that few per cent. Rolland is a potential winner soon, lost a bit of time yesterday though.
I would suspect Froome is on the persian rugs, no? Sky seem like an evil sort of a doping team, to me. Don’t like them at all.
Epic day today, watched this in The sky & the ground in Wexford, lovely little pub I must say.
Hats off to sky today, they kept the tempo high and shelled everyone out the back. It looks a straight fight between Wiggins and Evans now, I think Froome is the strongest of them all, but won’t be let do anything. I still think Wiggins will have a bad day yet, so Evans still has a chance. Roche was magnificent today and if his TT holds up a top 10 is not out of the question.
Well he has come from nowhere to get podiums in the Vuelta and now win Tour stages. Actually i’ve decided i fucking hate Sky and their black socks. In Cadel we trust.
