In hindsight, of course I should have played Jeffrey 
In reality, I was spoiled for choice at WR. I thought about putting in Jeffrey for Amari Cooper who is carrying a knee injury, but felt Cooper and the Raiders were due a big game after the Chiefs defeat and Jeffrey might not get that much game time having been out 4 weeks.
It was a good contest, down to the wire. @Loko_Cove will be a worthy finalist.
