TV Rights, best avoided

I prefer Eir’s coverage tbh. RTÉ’s panel is very poor - dislikeable, in fact - and yer man O’Brien presenting has the personality of four hour old used teabag.

I have to admit I’ve enjoyed Jerry Flannery as a pundit when he has been on.

Just like the GAA.

Fair enough

All comparison heavily asterisked so

Agreed. Flannery is excellent but despised in these e parts for some reason. Hes also walked the walk very recently which is a lot more than can be said for most of the rest of em

We know that the Sky Sports ratings are shocking for the UK as a whole so I wouldn’t worry about a bump from them.

Did you not already post this Dan?

Looking forward to the ratings vs Russia

Sadly the article is in Japanese so we have no way of verifying the tweet.

Your verification or otherwise is of no consequence to me

308,000 individual streams through the RTE player anyway. That seems high enough to me.

If you have nothing of note to contribute don’t post

Most of the rugby watching Dads in SoCoDu were at GAA Go Games on a Saturday morning.

And not one of them got to watch 15 consecutive seconds of the game

Was there 15 consecutive seconds of play?

No one knows

the go games in socodu are on sunday mornings, training is saturdays

And the Rugby match was on Thursday…

Is that 308,000 different people or 15,000 people who had to refresh the page 20 times

266k was the viewing figures for this

Just to clarify, the figures on this thread relate solely to TV and up to this point online figures have been excluded

sadly we cannot include rte player figures

266k for a world cup game
