Just finished season 1 the other night. It is far better than I thought it would be. Perfect braindead show to have on in the background as you browse tfk before you call it a night
its unreal, probably the greatest tv series of all time, and you know it will be a happy ending when that prick escobar gets plugged
First episode of Vinyl was outstanding.
Anyone watch this yet?
No heard them reviewin it on BBC radio 4 today. Got excellent reviews. Is it as good as GOT?
Unreal, pal.
Tonnes of cocaine and drug abuse. Boardwalk Empire’s Gyp Rossetti is unreal in it.
Started all over place but got better at end. Some budget to license those songs. Has a lot of potential
Unreal.
Ya, 50/50 on it yet. Certainly has potential. Just hope its not all coke and whores, that it reveals some stories and gives some real insight.
Watched the 90 minutes of it last night, very enjoyable. Great soundtrack and looked good.
Anyone peeved off that BBC3 is gone off our TV sets and onto the Interweb?
Happy out with that first episode of Vinyl. Looks great and moved along well. Be interesting to see where it goes from here mind you. Ray Romano was a surprise, Cannavale was very good in the main role. That blondie A&R wan is some little ball of sex, as is the lovely Olivia Wilde.
The latest episode of the X Files was dreadful. Lazy story, oddly put together. They also introduced clones of Mulder and Scully, which would appear to mean they have plans for a spin off in the works should they want to go that way. I see it was written by Chris Carter, very disappointing. As for the use of The Lone Gunmen, shocking.
Vinyl is probably the greatest show of all time
Watched the rest of the first episode there. Very good indeed.
Whats the plan with it? When’s the next episode out?
Is it a documentary? What channel is it on?
TV Series. The Rock N’Roll version of Mad Men, except with a lot more music, sex and drugs.
On?
Sky Atlantic
I have it recorded but was put off by relatively negative IMDB User reviews. I think i’ll give the benefit of the doubt to the INTERNET strangers gathered here, and watch it tonight.
