Tv Shows & Mini Series (Part 1)

It is all style and no substance

A bit like most of the posters advocating it here.

First episode showed promise, but they storyline has gone nowhere since. Seems as though the writing team were doing as much coke as the characters.

How bad, some lads enjoy a bit of flash and bang, good luck to em. I enjoy a bit more depth to a storyline.

It’s too complex and layered for roasters to get it. It works on so many levels, subconsciouly, intellectually and in a holistic way. The character development is unreal

Of course it is pal. We get it, you enjoy this persona and all that it entails. Carryon with it and go with god.

Vinyl shows you how good Mad Men was

Nail on the head. Vinyl actually is starting to remind me of Pan Am, looks great, but has nothing to say. Maybe it can take up still, but I dont have much faith.

I have started watching House M.D on netflix. Not the greatest show ever but a decent enough show and an easy watch

Been watching Luther lately. Not bad. A solid 7/10.

Just finished up ‘Mr. Robot’ last night - pretty entertaining hacking program dealing with a deeply unreliable narrator with dissociative personality disorder. Some excellent performances with an excellent OST. Strong ‘Utopia’ vibes to it.

Also finishing up ‘The Expanse’ - very solid sci-fi drama. A couple of god awful actors in it though.

Episode 4 of vinyl. Unreal

Two episodes into House of Cards Season 4 - good so far

4 down…good so far though a tad predictable

6 down. It’s good obviously, but I dunno, I’m just not feeling it. I think it’s getting a bit boring.
