Smashing opening season, here’s hoping they can replicate it
Westworld back for another season. The shark has well and truly been jumped
I spent the whole first episode trying to remember the last two seasons. I watched a recap after, which I really should have done before.

I experienced the same with Westworld, I completely forgot S3 existed, which made the start of S4 a tad difficult, especially with the 7 year time jump forward. A time jump over a shark.
Is this season any good? Started it but, like you, didn’t know what was going on. Then they’d a big song and dance routine and I pulled the pin
TBF that was a hallucination, I was wondering myself the fuck was going on.
It’s deliberate that you aren’t supposed to know what was going on at the start of the episode.
But the not supposed to know, on top of the not remembering last season, made it a very confusing bit of viewing.
Anyone that’s uncomfortable with a dance off to Footloose doesn’t deserve to own a TV.
Id had a smoke prior to putting it on and that + not having the foggiest as to the plot + then the fucking Footloose dance, I had to call it quits, hadn’t the processing power

The Old Man looks fairly good from what I’ve seen from the opening four episodes. The great Jeff bridges plays a CIA/FBI high level agent that went rogue and is now in hiding for the last 30 years. They’ve found him and he’s on the run again, it’s a cat and mouse chase with John Lithgow heading the FBI and leading the team hunting him.

It’s on my dodgy stick seems to be new in the states at the moment, it’s possibly the same channel as the walking dead - think it’s called FX?

Felt the first two seasons of The Boys were somewhat over-rated but the third season has been highly entertaining. The casting is top class. Would say that this along with Peacemaker and Star Trek: Strange New Worlds are the best shows I’ve watched in 2022.

Been watching The Bear which is entertaining
and Under The Banner of Heaven which I’m enjoying (though it helps if you know some real life Mormon folk).
New show from Nathan Fielder The Rehearsal is out next week.

Ive only recently discovered it and find it really enjoyable.
Not at BB level but not far off,imo.
