I’ve started watching Breaking Bad from the start again.
Cranston pisses over the likes of Gandolfini as a series lead man.
Paul excellent as well.

Am enjoying the black and white tales of Saul’s scamming and scheming. Some level of thought gone into the writing.
Ive never watched BB. Would I now be better off watching BCS first and then move onto BB?
Thats one of the great questions of the 21st century and should generate more TFK discussion than a culchie transferring to Crokes. I would go with BCS first.
Is Better Call Saul finished now?
I just couldn’t take to Breaking Bad but might have to give it a go again.
No, I think you would be as well off starting with BB, you could watch BCS without ever seeing BB I think it would give you a few too many inklings as to what will happen when watching BB.
Some of the brilliance of BB is the huge climaxes it builds to and catches you unawares with. It takes a couple of seasons to build but it excellent there on out. I think you would also enjoy BCS far more having seen BB, rather than the other way around.
Watch them in the order they were made.
BB first and then BCS.
Always start as they were produced. Never go chronologically.
Breaking Bad, then Better Call Saul.
Both are good without being great.
Just learned that Queen Maeve from The Boys fame lives 5 doors down. Her gaff is up for sale and they’re doing an open house if anyone is after some free memorabilia (looking at you @myboyblue )
(Praying no neighbour reads this…)
Nathan Fielder has done it again. Sensational rollercoaster of a half hour.
My word. She is incredible.
They are two fairly standalone shows except for the last few episodes of BCS, where they have been referencing the happenings of BB heavily. For that sake alone it probably makes sense to watch BB first.
Both can be slow-moving at times but BCS is slower imo, especially with the time it devotes in the first few seasons to the brother character. Both brilliant shows though, I probably slightly prefer BCS.
Ive finally finished season 3 of The Boys… What platform is The Rehearsal on?
HBO/HBO max
Bang has her up
Has any pair ever beaten The Cube ??
The Fielder Method
Didn’t see those last 5 minutes coming
The new series of Top Boy is tremendous. Shades of The Wire.
It’s wonderful. Getting to the point where it’s impossible to describe but, without wanting to go all intellectual on it, he’s giving us his reality show and deconstructing it and showing us how it is made at the same time and then mixing those two things together. I’m loving it.
