The Wire is phenomenal social commentary.

The Sopranos is psychoanalysis and the best bits are unsaid.

Four episodes into Day of the Jackal - it is slick enough and an easy watch. The female lead is an awful ham actress though who isnā€™t particularly believable in the role which takes a lot away from it

The plot with the wife/MIL/Brother in law is totally uncalled for.If they werenā€™t in it ,it would be much better.But itā€™s a solid 7.5/10 from me.

Finished Say Nothing tonight. A superb series that did justice to a superb book.

Up there with any TV series/film on the troubles to my mind.

Gerry Adams presidency bid would have no chance now.
