Just started this to realise itâs a US version of Le Bureau
Changed horses to this.
Strong start.
Anyone watched The Breakthrough yet?
A Swedish murder mystery
They should spoiler most of that.
I gave up reading.
Same for IMDB.
Finally get to the end of the Penguin.
Decent overall. I didnât get the Victor character at all in it, Sofia was utterly brilliant though.
I assume the point of Victor is that he will become another villain in the Batman-verse and there will be another show potentially following his caper
Sheâs Johnny Sacks daughter in the Sopranos iirc
Youâre right.
You saw the end of The Penguin right?
She was excellent.
Victor was well used to make sure you didnât forget who the Penguin really is. For fear people would view him as an ugly Tommy Shelby
Zombie? Vampire?
Victor was there for someone for Penguin to talk to and to show contrast with. He wasnât really well developed outside of that single episode
Any use?
Not bad.
7.8/10
The Sofia character was incredible.
Victor was useful to show his humanity when needed and erosion of same when required. A plot device if you will.
Farrell is magnificent though. Our greatest.
Excitement here about a show called âthe traitorâ on BBC, finale tonight
Iâve seen bits of a few episodes and it seems like a good formula
It wasnât great. Try as they did to make it exciting.
They really should have caught him sooner. He lived just 200yds from the crime scene
Any other decent foreign stuff about?
The detective probably passed him every day on his daily speed walk.
They are making an Irish version this year. Hosted by the nun from Derry Girls.
