Pat Marry is some detective.

Failed to seal off the murder scene allowing Joe O’Reilly hug the victim and undoubtedly fucking up any forensics. No wonder they couldn’t use anything.

Also Pat gave an insight into his interrogation techniques and was amazed O’Reilly didn’t falter when he asked him to tell him the truth.

Is this up there with the seminal moment when adventurer and mountaineer Pat Falvey showed Claire’s viewers how to put on a coat?

Paddy needs to be told these things

as we said- two fellas with a stick and a stern look for 800 years @Tassotti

Would it not be very hard to use anything as he lived there anyway ? His dna would be all over the place …

On the body though.

Again it would be on her already no ? Husband and wife etc …

He said he slept in the spare room the previous night.

Say there was a speck of Rachel’s blood that was on him and he missed while cleaning himself off. That wouldn’t have mattered as he was allowed to hug the body and douse himself in Rachel’s blood.

Usually murder scenes are immediately sealed off and no one can get near the body or area around the body. In this case, the Mum found her but after that the Dad and O’Reilly were allowed to access Rachel.

Forensics are vital for a murder conviction. And your man Marry was giving it loads about being an experienced crime scene investigator.

@Thomas_Brady upcoming on TV3

Manic street preachers live in Manchester from 97 on Sky Arts, very good. That whole Richie Edwards story was fucked up.

On Channel 4 now.

Tracey Piggott really can pick em
Larry Murphy, Kieran Creavan, Stephen Mahon
