What’s the “n word”?
I see 2 possibilities. Firstly, our Emma might like the turtle because of it’s slow and steady nature. Emma finds inspiration in this when she thinks about the long and steady march over the centuries towards women’s liberation. The hare is masculine but the turtle is feminine and the turtle beats the hare in the end.
Secondly, the turtle is a metaphor for an easy, slutty or vulnerable woman because it’s completely fucked once you get it on its back. Emma’s use of the turtle emoji might be a kind of “slut pride”.
