Lot to be said for that attitude so long as you are right.
Minor & U21 titles to his name now with a decent but not spectacular bunch.
He is an abrasive character but no one can say he doesnât put backroom teams together.
He made big calls after the Munster Final, brought in lads who all improved the team.
Young Connolly was very good tonight, if he couldnât get a ball up he let fly on it. No Cork forward got a sniff off him, heâs only 18 if even.

Liam Cahill has earned his shot at the Tipperary job after eking the absolute best out of that U21 team. Tipperary were prepared to go to places that Cork werenât and that was the difference this evening.
Players not wanting him says more about themselves than him. Itâs well known that that the current Tipp panel, amongst many very decent lads, contains two or three poisonous wankers. These made life impossible for Mick Church.
Maybe theyâre afraid that Cahill will see through them and fuck them off out of it.

Dalton has a dislikeable demeanour on the pitch, he acted like a gowl in the Munster u-21 final last year. Mouthing off, needlessly getting involved with opponents etc.

He was at it again tonight the cunt. Collins hit a puck out to a tipp man, Dalton fouled him and then roared back 80 yards at Collins. His own player.
Another stage a cork lad had the ball put the right and Dalton was in space inside him. Yer man shot and Dalton gave it the Billy big bollocks waving his arms and the Hurley and shouting at his own.

Cork number 4 had an absolute nightmare at the end of that game. He almost gave away the ball for an equaliser a minute or so before he gave it away for the winning goal.
The way Tipperary won that very much reminded me of how they won the minor football All-Ireland against Dublin in 2011.
